This temporary visa is for students who have recently obtained their AQF qualification in Australia.

There are 2 streams of different validity: 

Post-Vocational Education Work stream, which gives you 18 months and can lead you to a full skills assessment while working in a nominated occupation.

Post Higher-Education Work stream, which can give you up to 3 years of stay (5 years for Hong Kong and British National Overseas passport holders ).

It is an 18-month visa for recent engineering graduates from a specific institution.

You must be under 31 years of age and have completed your degree in the 2 years prior the application lodgement.

Evidence of your English proficiency will be requested.
